Karen Shelby is an Associate Professor of Art History at Baruch College, the City University of New York. She is the co-founder of Art History Teaching Resources. Her current research addresses the innovative curatorial practice of Flemish curator Jan Hoet in the public spaces of the city of Ghent, Belgium.
