Annie Dell’Aria is Associate Professor of Art History at Miami University in Ohio. Her research is concerned with issues of space and place in contemporary art and media. Her work appears in International Journal of Performing Arts and Digital Media, Afterimage: The Journal of Media Arts and Cultural Criticism, Moving Image Review and Art Journal, Public Art Dialogue, Millennium Film Journal, Mediapolis, and other venues and edited volumes. She is the author of The Moving Image as Public Art: Sidewalk Spectators and Modes of Enchantment (Palgrave Macmillan, 2021).
