PAD Membership Form

Joining Public Art Dialogue (PAD) is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

Step 1: Choose your level of membership.

Subscription to the PAD Journal (at a discounted rate) is a benefit of membership for all levels.

Step 2: Pay your membership dues.

You may submit payment online via PalPal or via US Mail. If you would prefer to mail your payment, please check the "I will send payment by check" box below. Otherwise, you will be transferred to the PayPal site to enter your payment information after you submit this form. Please note, it is not necessary to have or use a PayPal account in order to pay now with a credit card. Once you reach the PayPal page, simply select the option to pay with credit card if you do not wish to use a PayPal account.

Step 3: Join the dialogue!

Upon becoming a member or renewing your membership, you're invited to participate in our online forums and our on-site events, including the slate of activities scheduled each year by and for our members.
