PAD Welcome

Welcome to Public Art Dialogue’s newsletter for Fall 2011. This edition features a review by Christian Frock of Creative Time’s third annual summit and observations by Kelly Pajek on recent trends in the field. It also includes recommendations of new publications. For the first time, and in every future fall newsletter, we will give special recognition to our Associate and Institutional Members for their considerable support of our organization and we would like to encourage you to join our growing membership.

We hope that you find PAD membership to be engaging and worthwhile. Membership offers a range of benefits, including a subscription to the journal Public Art Dialogue (published bi-annually by Routledge/Taylor & Francis). Members are also entitled to schedule free Public Art Portfolio Reviews in conjunction with the annual CAA conference. If you have not read the membership benefits we encourage you to revisit them at: http://publicartdialogue.org/join

We are always looking for ways to enhance our membership benefits, so if you have any suggestions about these or any other PAD initiatives please share them with us; we enjoy hearing from you!

Thanks for joining us in the dialogue,
